  • Covered by KiteWhirl LIMITED: We cover customs duties and fees for orders shipped to the USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

  • Rest of the World:

    • We will do our best to minimize customs charges. However, any customs, import duties, fees, or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

    • Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order on the package.

    • We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs taxes and duties.


🚚 DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • We cannot refund or replace any package marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Insecure delivery locations

  • Orders marked “undeliverable” due to incorrect address may be re-shipped if returned to us. A re-shipping fee will apply.

    with your order number and the correct information.

  • In rare cases, customers may need to collect their package from their local post office. If the package is not collected and returned, a refund cannot be issued.

  • Packages refused by the recipient will not be refunded or replaced. Since we ship from overseas, packages are not returned to our warehouse.
